Partnership to deliver innovative model linking renewable energy generation with next-generation electric vehicle charging infrastructure
Energy Estate US Holdings (EEUS) and Kilows have entered into an exclusive collaboration to develop an innovative clean energy ecosystem in Santa Nella, California, bringing together renewable energy generation and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

The parties will investigate opportunities to connect Energy Estate's San Luis Solar Project with Kilows' proposed electric vehicle charging facility. The initiative supports the vision of the proposed San Luis Industrial Complex (SLIC), a strategically located infrastructure hub designed to bring together renewable energy, advanced industry, digital infrastructure and transportation networks in California's Central Valley.

Creating a blueprint for renewable-powered transport
Kilows is developing a new model for electric vehicle charging infrastructure that incorporates energy storage and direct integration with renewable energy sources. Under the agreement, the parties will work together on development planning, permitting and project design.
