Enosi
Energy Estate has a significant relationship with Enosi Energy. This partnership has been instrumental in the development and deployment of innovative energy solutions. Enosi Energy's flagship product, Powertracer, is a leading grid-scale renewable energy trading and tracing solution. This platform allows organisations and individuals to trace their renewable energy mix 24/7, providing full traceability so that consumers can see exactly where their energy is generated.
ASA
Accommodation Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (ASA) is a joint venture between Energy Estate and Hinman Group. ASA specialises in developing and delivering sustainable worker accommodation for major infrastructure projects in regional, rural, and remote Australia. The development of the Rockhampton Workers' Village and Gracemere Workers' Village is a key initiative under this partnership, addressing immediate needs for worker accommodation while planning for long-term housing demands.
The facilities will feature sustainable practices such as renewable energy solutions, green spaces, and modern social facilities. ASA also plans to integrate electric buses and vehicle charging stations, further supporting a region's transition to zero-emission transport. This joint venture allows Energy Estate to deliver housing solutions and create a legacy for the communities, starting with Central Queensland.
CoolSheet
Coolsheet is a Sydney-based startup revolutionising renewable heat through PV Thermal (PVT) technology. This technology captures waste heat from solar panels to reduce gas reliance and carbon emissions. Initially focused on energy-intensive industries like food production, dairies, and aquatic centres, Coolsheet is well-positioned to grow into the residential and utility sectors, supported by Future Made in Australia initiatives.
In early 2024, Energy Estate took a strategic shareholding in Coolsheet to drive solar heating and cooling solutions. This collaboration supports Energy Estate’s commitment to decarbonising data centers, developing low-carbon industrial precincts, and promoting zero-carbon modular housing solutions for the renewables construction boom.
