Laurie Pearson is the General Counsel of Energy Estate, responsible for strategic advice, transaction structuring, negotiation and implementation, risk management, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Energy Estate, Laurie was a lawyer with leading law firms in Singapore, London, Hong Kong and New Zealand where she gained broad experience in all aspects of project development, particularly in the power, renewables and other infrastructure sectors.

Laurie has worked on projects worldwide, many of which were in the Asia Pacific region.  She has expertise in power offtake agreements, project agreements, M&A, joint ventures, financing and regulatory compliance.
